My son has had severe bullying and I received an email saying that the bully blamed my son and the lady believed him. No wonder they have such bad reviews. DON'T use these people. They are absolutely useless to say the very least and have let us right down during a very distressing time.

Police said contact Netsafe. Called, left msg, no reply. Been an hour wait. They're open but phone on answer machine.
