Story

Playcentre is a welcoming, friendly and relaxed Parent Co-operative Early Childhood service in the Nelson/ Tasman Region. We offer caring, quality Early Childhood Education for children from birth to six years old.

We welcome new families and your first three visits are free. We offer a wide variety of well-resourced learning areas in our centres.

Playcentre philosophy is based on child-initiated play and recognises the parents as the first and best educators of their own children. Playcentre families receive a unique early childhood experience with opportunities for whānau/families to learn together.
