The bikes were new and well maintained. Very comfortable seats! The service was friendly and informative. We had a great day on the bikes and the batteries still had plenty of power even when we returned them. We would definitely use Nelson Cycle hire again! They are very conveniently located by the airport.
Had a great experience hiring a bike for a day trip from Tracey and the team. They were prompt, easy to deal with, the bike was in great nick - and were even able to run one of their tours solo for me during winter.
Nelson Cycle Hire is a fantastic company. Conveniently located at the airport, it’s a perfect place from which to unwind and stretch the legs after a trip during the Spooner’s tunnel tour, for example. Claire provided absolutely incredible service — she is super friendly and helpful, with loads of tips and local knowledge, and I couldn’t recommend Nelson Cycle Hire more.
Very accommodating cycle hire. Just two of us and they were able to get out to where we wanted to start and we’re willing to pick us up if we did not make our goal to be back.
