Man the facilities and service were top notch. Greeted by a lovely women who asked how we were doing where we were going etc. Then went to get a drink from the VENDING machine yessss. Literally nothing negative about toilets and laundry. Toilets and showers were stunning, light up mirrors haur dryers the works and marble like tiles in the shower with two ways of privacy. Best toilets in a holiday park I've ever seen. Laundry was good nothing out of the ordinary. Place was spotless and I saw multiple staff cleaning a fixing areas while I was there. Only got a small cabin and didn't use the kitchen, but I can assume that they are held up to the same standard as other rooms and facilities. Room was nice,very basic but that's what we paid for and Inm very happy. Nice bedding and pillows. Only thing is that it is smaller then other top 10s but they make do with the space very well. Overall a very happy camper! Thanks top 10 nelson.
We were stranded in Nelson due to major issues with Interislander next time we’ll fly from Christchurch to Auckland.nThen we got lucky and found a lovely pitch at the Nelson City Top Ten Campground – and stayed for three nights. Extremely helpful, friendly and warm-hearted staff many thanks to Kane and Jenna, lovely to meet you. The sanitary facilities are absolutely spotless and attractive, as is everything else, and you can tell that great importance is placed on maintaining this small but perfect campground to a high standard. We felt welcome and well looked after and hope to see you again. Thanks to everyone!

When you are travelling you just want something close to home. That’s what you will find at Nelson city top 10. The place is a little smaller than most top 10 places but this one is very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this place if you want to check out Nelson or even Abel Tasman park 1 hr 15 min away. The staff are super helpful, kind and just nice people. I did laundry twice and hung our clothes on the line to dry. Bathrooms and showers are super clean. Full kitchen with bbq and outdoor deck. Lounge room as well. Just like home
Right in Nelson, but remember that Vanguard St is very long so it's quite a walk to the supermarket and the city centre is further still.nIt is next to a reserve and a small stream, but it is quiet at night. Well supplied with dump sites.nDog friendly.
