Great stay at Nelson Top 10 during our first trip down to Nelson.nnRooms are clean, tidy, and great value for money.nThe site is very quiet and close to the city centre in Nelson.nnThe staff here are super friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!
Absolutely the best powered camping site for our campervan during the whole trip.nnThe bath, toilet and kitchen facilities is clean, smells nice and it is located close to the town.
We have been visiting this site for the past 15 years. It is now a Top Ten, so up when the price to stay. It is a small site but offers a reasonable good size power site. The facilities are spotless in all departments. There is no extra charge for showers or internet. The site is a 13-minute walk to Nelson City centre. They gave widened the small bridge at rear to access an additional parking area prior this the bridge was narrow, and many campervans damaged the bridge, and their vehicle crossing. Some power sites now have facilities to dump, which is very convenient.
Efficient and pleasant service. We stayed in the cabins, which were clean and cosy. I would however avoid a cabin if you are sensitive to loud sounds as the walls are pretty thin! The shared facilities were clean and functional.
Great accommodation, excellent staff especially the wonderful lady that booked us in. There was an issue with the third party agent we booked through with payment and she got it all sorted and was even lovely enough to provide fresh towels I asked for them as we forgot to bring ours. Nice room, clean and great for travelling on a budget
