Man the facilities and service were top notch. Greeted by a lovely women who asked how we were doing where we were going etc. Then went to get a drink from the VENDING machine yessss. Literally nothing negative about toilets and laundry. Toilets and showers were stunning, light up mirrors haur dryers the works and marble like tiles in the shower with two ways of privacy. Best toilets in a holiday park I've ever seen. Laundry was good nothing out of the ordinary. Place was spotless and I saw multiple staff cleaning a fixing areas while I was there. Only got a small cabin and didn't use the kitchen, but I can assume that they are held up to the same standard as other rooms and facilities. Room was nice,very basic but that's what we paid for and Inm very happy. Nice bedding and pillows. Only thing is that it is smaller then other top 10s but they make do with the space very well. Overall a very happy camper! Thanks top 10 nelson.
Great facilities and well cleaned.nEvery site has their own dumpstation wow and the dryer really does the job in a single cycle and not two like anywhere else. Great!nI wished paying for the laundry would be easier though. The new cashless system is a hassle. Even if you get/have it working on your phone it's still way too many clicks and to top it off you pay a credit card surcharge even though you never asked for it in the first place.nI would have preferred either cash or just swiping a card without the hassle of using my phone.nQuite a few people have been struggling with this when I was there.
Only complaint is that the kid’s playground is right next to the cabin where we stayed. No problems with kids playing there but before 8am was a downer. For a place that has so many rules to follow, to not have a rule about the playground was a bit disappointing. Other than that, place was great
Amazing holiday park, kept at a really high standard, really clean and comfortable. Fantastic service. Not a large caravan park , a nice quiet community feel. Didn't have to wait for showers or toilets at all. Best caravan/ holiday park I've stayed in.
We stayed on a powered campervan site at Nelson City TOP 10 Holiday Park and had a fantastic experience. The site was level, well laid out, and very close to all facilities. The kitchens, bathrooms, and showers were spotless and modern, and everything was easy to access.nnThe staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect — close to the city centre but still quiet and relaxed. A great base for exploring Nelson and the surrounding area.nnHighly recommended for anyone travelling by camper — we’ll happily come back!
