I swear I’ll never go to another beautician again after Sophie Herrick’s work on my nails. I’m a nail biter so my nails are short but she still managed to put acrylic nails on and they were sublime! She’s lovely to talk to, and makes you feel special as soon as you walk in. Top girl, very skilled as a beautician, even though she hasn’t been practicing for as long as soon - would 100% recommend to anyone!

I've had a bikini wax and a deep back massage here and the girls are fab. The bikini wax was no where near as painful as I thought and made me feel very relaxed. The back massage was amazing, they really helped with some painful muscles I was struggling with. Highly recommend this salon, having just moved in the area it's great to know I can get pretty much all treatments locally and at really, really reasonable prices. Can't wait to treat myself to something else soon!

Visited today and had a luxury pedicure with Rebecca which was great! Been looking for a local salon with cruelty free products after moving to the area and think I've found it. Fitted me in no problem and all the staff I spoke to were really welcoming and friendly.

I'm a regular at Naveya - all the staff are lovely yet professional. You can get everything you need under one roof - hair done, nails, massage, eyebrows, filler, etc

I would not recommend this beauty salon. I went in today for an eyebrow wax and the beautician has ripped the skin off my face between my eyebrows in 3 places. I only got a few seconds to look at the finished result in a dark room and my eyes were really watering so did not see the torn skin until I got home. I called up and and to speak to the manager and it took her two hours to call me back. I was offered a full refund and if I came back into the store I was offered some balm, but as I am unable to go back today the earliest I can get it is 3 days later so that offer seems a fairly unhelpful solution. I am going to be a bridesmaid in less than a week so this is basically going to ruin all the photos, I am fairly devastated. I’m sure some of the beauticians here are better trained as other reviews seem very positive which is why I chose to go here. I guess I was unlucky, but I wouldn’t chance going here again.

A brilliant salon. Cherisse is an amazing beautician whose work leaves you feeling fantastic. You are made to feel special. Totally recommend a visit to experience it for yourself.
