Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!nnI originally sent an email enquiry on a bit of a whim, as I couldn’t quite find all the information I needed online — and I had searched high and low across Wellington, contacting numerous storage facilities.nnAt first, I actually overlooked a follow-up email from National Storage, but thankfully they followed up with a call — on a Saturday, no less — and I’m so glad they did!nnI was instantly greeted by Josh on the phone, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He had all the answers I needed and was so genuine that I decided I had to come check the site out in person. I had already viewed a few other storage places and thought I had made my decision — but that one phone call made me realise I still had options, and better ones at that.nnAlthough I just missed their Saturday opening hours, I stayed in Wellington until Monday so I could visit the site — and honestly, I’m so glad I did. I was warmly welcomed by Tony first thing Monday morning, and she was absolutely lovely! Her cheerful energy and big smile made my day. She went above and beyond to help me, showing me a range of different unit sizes, both indoor and outdoor. No question was too big or too small — the customer service here is truly next-level.nnIn the end, I chose National Storage Taita over a facility I had actually already signed up for a few suburbs away. The deciding factors? First and foremost, the exceptional service from the staff — they genuinely care. Add to that their competitive rates, well-priced and easy-to-add insurance, and a super secure, tidy facility — it really was a no-brainer.nnIf you’re looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming storage option where the team is consistently positive and professional — both in person and over the phone — look no further. In my opinion, this is the best storage solution in Wellington.nnHuge thanks to the team — your positivity and hard work truly don’t go unnoticed. You guys are awesome!
I recently rented a storage unit at National Storage and had a fantastic experience. Toni was incredibly helpful and made the entire process so easy. She's a lovely person and went above and beyond to assist me. If you're looking for a storage solution, I highly recommend this location and be sure to ask for Toni.
Very straightforward to sign up and pay online. Also great the the pricing is available online, I ignored the providers that did not have pricing on their website.nThere was some confusion over the correct unit number A or O prefix, & when I called in the weekend to clarify there was no answer. I hope I've put my stuff in the right box as I've now left the country for an extended period!
Toni did an absolutely stellar job in helping me with the storage. She really got what I was experiencing and created an amazing experience for me to easily settle in. Lovely friendly energy, easy transition. Very grateful.
