Needed postcards and they had an awesome selection. They seemed to have all sorts of brochures and gifts for tourists. That's a five star considering you get exactly what they're advertising. Attached pictures are just some of the postcards because I didn't get pictures of anything else sorry!
Great place for visitors to Napier to get started. Knowledgeable locals, free maps and tours available.

Very good campsite with top class facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed me to check in early. Great place for kids!
The center is located towards the beach in town. Keep an eye out for the interesting sculpture in front of it. One side of the center is for information while the other side has souvenirs. There were plenty of pamphlets for the different activities around the area but there were also people around who could help you with things. The souvenir shop was alright. A good place to stop if you're not sure of what to do.
What a wonderful place to visit- the cbd is so beautiful in its fabulous art deco style The volunteer staff were so helpful- we had heard of the six sisters and was directed to them - an easy walk and had a delicious coffee there
Nice combination of local gifts and lots of information about Napier and surrounding areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Napier has a great relaxed vibe.
Great team very helpful but Felicity who does the lockers next door is a . She was brilliant and clearly loves her city.
Lovely people willing to answer queries and recommend local destinations. They made me feel welcome and at ease.
Very helpful and knowledgable people. So much to see and not enough time. Will be back for another visit soon
