While works exhibited may be available for purchase, Ahuriri Contemporary’s approach is project-based – prioritising innovative, collaborative, and site-responsive exhibitions.Alongside addressing audiences across Aotearoa, the gallery hopes its dynamic exhibition programme will reflect and respond to Ahuriri’s diverse communities, culture, histories, and landscapes in new ways.The gallery will host projects by invitation, collaboration, and proposal. It will also seek to collaborate with other commercial and public galleries, artist-run spaces and organisations in the development of its exhibition programme."
