Received fantastic service today from a phone operator who was kind enough to put me in contact with an owner of a little dog that was wandering by itself in my neighborhood. Little dog was quickly reunited with her owner thanks to the actions of the NCC telephonist. A fantastic result thank you so much.
Its like any other council. But the staff are great.
What a beautiful City. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Napier. The presentation of the area is second to none. The hospitality of the retailers refreshing. You should be proud. Keep the Malls away.

The drinking water smells and tastes heavily of chlorine. And every park, beach and river access has a ridiculous amount of rubbish.
