Nano House Ltd is a subsidiary company of West Coast-based construction company, CYB Construction. The Nano House aims to confront the housing situation in Canterbury, as well as provide an affordable, comfortable and sustainable option for home buyers, South Island-wide. The units are prefabricated, custom-designed and built by licensed building practitioners. The units are then transported by HIAB to the chosen site and installed. Nano Houses are fully compliant with NZS 3604 and NZBC.
