Came here for the first time ordered shared chicken meals with 2 large side chips. We got our chicken but never got our chips so I went up to the counter and asked for my 2 large chips he one staff asked other staff and other staff and then he came up to me said it will be 5-10mins for chips already 15mins for chicken been served and now the chips has arrived 20mins later our chickens gone cold . Asked for peri peri chips got plain. Not happy with the service at all and the staff said we have takeaway orders we trying to complete.
Food quality was great, super friendly staff. The chicken was yum and the spicy rice wasn’t dry. Cheesy pita has lots of cheese
Never answer the phone. They portions are rip off. Only got 4 pieces of chicken when I ordered a whole chicken. Normally there are 6 pieces. This used to be one of the Nandos under the previous owners a few years ago. Now the quality and quantity keeps dropping.
So annoyed. Ordered delivery and I got a message saying it was on its way then 5 minutes later it had been cancelled. The message said to contact Nando’s takanini but after 20 minutes of constantly calling and then being hung up on I drove down 10-15 minutes so I could speak to someone and they actually couldn’t care any less. Walked out with no food and have to wait for a refund. They said if I wanted my food I was to pay for it again. Worst service I have ever come across

We went for a Dinner around 7:30 paid for our meal. Our order was Vegetarian but staff gave us chicken burger when we realised they took it back and apologies but we waited for nearly 20 minutes for our meal. Our sides were cold and cheese was overcooked. We ordered humus but we never got it. It was only 8:30 and staff start stacking chairs while customers were eating and many of them were in queue. Overall Burger was really good but on Friday night closing restaurant 1 hour earlier then it supposed to be not acceptable.
My salad was really fresh. Loved the feta. Chicken was moist and very flavorful. Just only giving 4 stars though just because a lot of the tables weren't cleaned when we arrived.
Worst ever service Ordered one chicken and one vege burger and chips on uber eats but received both chicken burgers. My partner is vegetarian. She ate a bite then she realized its not vege patty. When i called the shop they didn't even apologise for that. They said they can not deliver again nor they can refund. The only thing they offered is a vege burger which i have to pick up. Why would i pay delivery fee to uber eats if i had to pick up myself. Somehow i keep myself calm, i went to shop. Staff didn't apologise at all. I have to wait there another 15 minutes. When i came back home and opened the bag the burger bun was very dry and cold. Looks 4 to 5 days old with very less filling. My first chicken burger was alright and i know they made this vege burger like that intentionally
