We had lunch at this restaurant today at 1.30pm . We were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived. The restaurant was clean and tidy but some of the seats had seen better days and were torn See photographs The service was ok , but they got our order wrong , we requested a regularGarden salad but it didnt arrive with our main order. The food itself was good value and at a reasonablr price
Normally, I don't put negative review about the staff as they work very hard to keep us happy even in their rush hours. Unfortunately this place is consistently losing its touch that I had to down rate it. Yesterday, my order was left unattended at the pickup/serving area for more than 20minutes. I know it wasn't that busy time for the available staff; it was simply being ignored for that long. Luckily, the chef himself noticed it and he served us without even an apology. By then food had become cold and so chewy that we couldn't even finish it.
Nice and quiet in the morning, excellent friendly service. Like all Nandos it is a bit pricey overall but food quality is great. I've not been in a while but the menu was a bit confusing picking things out. Will be back, chicken is wonderful!
Fast service, tasty flavoured food, fresh and delicious I normally spend 70dollars here for lunch or dinner, and never once been disappointed ~ good customer service as well.
Staff there had massive attitude. The first piece we had no photo drum was raw, showed them, just said they gonna remake them. The next pieces we got as seen pic was also raw, that's half the chicken, brought it to their attention they said they will recook. Told them I don't want it I want my money back, massive attitude. One of the cook started laughing at me. Currently pregnant so it's important to have my food cook properly. When I told the staff that, they said they didn't know I should have told them. Regardless my chicken should be cooked properly. Did get a refund but really ruined a nice night.
Ordered the thigh slaw pita with periperi fries. Fries were like they'd been refried. Lots of crispy bits and dry tasting. Not Good. Thigh slaw was good but I would like to bite in and get a mouthful of chicken some slaw and the onion sauce instead of eating thru the slaw then the chicken to finally get to the onion sauce. Food needs a bit more love when being made.

We went to Nando's on recommendation by Rohit staff at Nando's Henderson for our team lunch. We all are vegetarians. Service was quick, food was fresh, jumbo fries were really Jumbo. Lots of veg options. Burgers are really heavy. Veg Patty was the best, way better than any other fast food outlets. Garlic bread was a great deal at $4. The bathrooms were clean. Everything was shipshape... We had a good team lunch Only suggestion is If possible, wrap the burger with some paper to hold it together.
Not at all happy with the service and the food from here. Manager and staff talking while customers wait for their food, is very un-professional. And to top it all up the chicken wasn't even cooked properly and was cold. Not good enough. This place definitely needs a re-vamp.
Prompt, friendly staff and not bad meal. Lost points on the 2 staff members flirting the whole time. Not a good look.
