Have been coming year for many years now, my girlfriend always goes for the peri peri chicken BLAT and I run the half chicken with peri peri fries, can’t beat it. Always easy getting a park outside and the staff are always super friendly. James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales
Food is great aka standard Nando's, but the person at the cash desk was very pushy and did not give us any time to read the menu properly.Food: 5/5
We tried calling to place order for pick up, no one answered. So we drove here to get takeaway. I asked the girl on counter if the phone was working. She replied we not taking phone orders. I asked her to give a reason why they were not taking calls. She said she didn't know why. So another staff came and very rudely said that the unable to take orders as staff needs to go on breaks. Seriously!!! The owner needs to pull his socks and manage his staff. They will make yr business go under.....don't hire lazy incompetent staff.
This is the second time in a week where I ordered half a chicken and it came out looking all mangled, no skin and broken bones that I need to watch while I am eating.
I went back here again two weeks after my visit, no vegetarian options were available. Even though their menu has vegetarian options, they never have them available. Rather than wasting our time they should put a warning on their website so we won't be disappointed.
Worst experience ever. Never coming back to this store. The service was shocking. The procedure of covid rules weren’t clearly displayed. Went to get cutlery and the staff caused a big scene making it an unpleasant experience. This situation could have been handled in a more professional manner rather than being rude. A sign should have been displayed to inform customers that cutlery should not be self served and will be brought to the table. Also, not sure if they intentionally burnt my food or the chef just can’t cook. Food was not satisfying. Would not recommend Lunn Ave Nandos.
Chicken was bland and burnt. Gave us side plates to eat in instead of normal plates. Food was unable to fit on plate. Asked staff to cut chicken in 8 pieces which could not be done. Sad experience after being a loyal customer. Twice disappointed in 3daysFood: 2/5
I think the staff need more training. She wouldn't bring me a bottle of beer over because she had no idea what a bottle opener was. Luckily I had one on my keys but I'd already had finished my food by this point. Sad really because I love Nandos.Food: 2/5

Went for a quick lunch and the only part that worked out well was how fast the food came. My colleague ordered hot peri peri and was given lemon and herb. I returned it to the kitchen and they sent back the same piece of chicken doused in peri peri sauce. I took it back to the kitchen and asked if they had seriously just poured sauce all over the old piece of chicken and was met with excuses and shaking head that they hadn't done that. You could see the lemon and herb sauce under the peri peri. We had to get back to work and my colleague was so desperate to eat that we just let it go. But I will not be going back.
