Good consistent quality of chicken but the fries were almost cold when they were served. I had butterfly chicken breast with chips and spiced rice £14 plus a bottomless drink. I enjoyed the venue and the friendly service. Shame about the fries. I suggest to go before 12:30 pm as it can get quite busy after that.
First time in Nando's in London. Went there with my brother and had a lovely time. I first had to get acquianted with the ordering method and then ordered chicken livers hot as a starter and then half a chicken extra hot for me and medium for my brother. The chicken liver was the best I have had in a Nando's and the chicken is I tetesting as it was flavorful but not seriously marinated as is in the Nando's of the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Plus they did not have the skewer of chicken lumps marinated in th peri peri sauce of choice .. Also it is interesting of having all parts of the chicken carcass VS just the thighs... I had 2 sides green leaf salad and rainbow slaw and my brother had spiced rice and coleslaw... They were all excellent. Not bad at all but it lost the deep flavor I am accustomed to. Worth the visit.
I love Nando's, but this branch has Terrible customer service. The girl who ordered my meal had some calculation problem because they had no ingredients for some dishes at the end of the day. Another of her colleague came to ‘help out’, I carefully explained to her for the second time through for the correct calculation with my calculator, finally after 10 minutes she finally refunded me the correct amount £1.05, with an ANGRY and SARCASTIC face, no smiles at all, without apologising mumbled "today is not my day and hope you enjoy your meal" still not smiling. This was very rude and I never expected that of Nando’s, which is my absolutely favourite chicken store in the UK. The food was fine, but I hope they review the attitude of the staff.

There was a queue but for a party of two the wait wasn’t bad at all as it moved real fast. Absolutely delicious with good value for money - Got a whole chicken with two sides to share and sums up to around £15 per person!
The grilled chicken wrap with lemon grass flavour is amazing!!! However boneless is a bit overcooked.
Very hospitable staff; food was great, particularly the peri-peri salted chips. Highly recommend these chips rather than the plain option. There was rather a long queue when we arrived; we waited for around 20-25 minutes before being seated. But then it was 1.30pm, right in the middle of lunchtime.
I usually don’t make chain restaurants reviews because they all are quite similar in terms of food and service. But this was my first time in Nando’s and I have to say that I had a very good experience thanks to a gentleman named Ketama. He was at the front desk and as soon as I told him I was new, he immediately helped me, explained how everything works and actually made very good suggestions. So thank you Ketama for being amazing with a new and now a future regular customer.
Large restaurant with all the usual delicious food. We 2 people shared a whole chicken with 4 sides and still had some leftovers to take home. It was busy but staff were very attentive and on top of things. Maura especially was just the best at keeping an eye on the guests, all with real warmth and caring. Vegetarian options: There are 2 vegetarian entrees available plus several sides.
A real busy place . Be prepared to wait for ar least 15 min during lunch hours. Food is good .Food: 5/5
