This place is awesome. Served at the counter unlike Marion who refuse to serve you and force you to use the clunky app. The manager cleaned the table before we sat and the food and service was superb. Food came out within 5 minutes and was perfect and delicious. This was unbelievable considering they had just been through their Sunday rush but the food was still on point. Well done, we will be back for sure.
Great store here with friendly staff. I have noticed I. The last 6 months the speed or service has improved. Staff are super nice. 5 stars.
Honestly the worst Nando's I have ever had. I ordered a whole chicken with large chips and one half of the chicken was fully burned . Really disappointed from the service they provide.
Nando's chicken never disappoints. However service was unfortunately a little slow. My partner and I came on a weeknight and after ordering our food, they told us the chicken would be a half hour wait they didn't provide us with any water for the table despite every other table having water served to them and when the food came out, we had to ask for cutlery. They didn't provide us with any napkins either so I had to help myself to napkins from the cashier desk.
Can't remember if it was the owner or manager but he was one of the best people I've encountered at nandos. We drove 19 hours and stopped in for dinner and he was more then nice. Food was amazing as always. Will definitely stop in again before we head homeFood: 5/5
My Nando's experience was terrible. We requested a full chicken with a side of spicy rice. However, upon opening the rice package at home, a smell of stale rice filled the room. It seemed as though the rice had been cooked several days ago or left out for an extended period of time. It's disappointing that the staff served expired rice to the customer. Initially, I thought the chicken was acceptable, but I couldn't digest anything for the next 24 hours, and I felt ill. I have no intention of returning to this Nando's location in the future.
My all time favourite place to gorge on spicy chicken and chips with the peri peri hot sauce. Visit this particular store often with family and always come out satisfied with their quality of food and prompt service. Try the platter with chicken, ribs and strips with a side of hummus and pita bread. Conveniently located with ample parking outside.
Perhaps, because I was there on a public holiday, the tables were untidy and not so many staff were there to take care of this. I have been there some other times and this wasn't the case. Apart from this, every other thing is okay. I love the food especially the peri chicken and potato chips.
Chicken was average, not the very best experience. Ambience and customer service was okay. Have had better nandos experience in Melbourne than this. Got delivered roasted whole chicken on another day. Was good, but could have been better and the would prefer if it was roasted a lil bit more. And the nandos sauce was not included in it.
I ordered a take away whole mild chicken tonight, I was disappointed its a bit dry and lack of sauce. Before its very moist and tasty now it has change, really disappointed.Food: 3/5
