Best Japanese restaurant in Hamilton!!! Very friendly staff with exceptional customer service. If you are a fan of Japanese food, you must come to Nami :- Pictures tells it all ! I will definitely come again! A+++
This was the best sushi I've ever had!. The staff was lovely and I had a great time. Service was fast. The food was cheap for something of this quality. The fish tasted very fresh, not frozen and I'm coming back next week for more!

First visit in this Japanese restaurant in the lunch time. We arrived early and few customers were already inside. This is one of the few authentic Japanese cuisine restaurants in town. As you enter, it seems like you are in Japan, great decorations, long bar featuring traditional customs. Food came quickly, we ordered some chicken karage for our chidren, my wife ordered salmon with salad and me lamen. All tasted fantastically nice, soft rice and well seasoned. Owners are Japanese, that explains much of the quality and precision. Looking for another good experience in the future.
Food here was quite nice. Had the bento box with sweet beef. The people I was with had 2 different bento boxes and they enjoyed their food too. Not sure if the price was worth it but I did enjoy it hereFood: 4/5
I have been going here on and off for maybe 18 years. The food is always good as is the staff and service. Just a really nice place to have a mealFood: 5/5
Poor service. Seated inside the restaurant for 10mins and no one take any order. Food was slow to serve. Disappointed with ramen. Ordered pork ramen and was given pieces of slice pork. Not charsiu/pork belly. No boiled eggs. Same for the chicken ramen. Only slices of chicken. No grill chicken. Small servings of ramen. Not worth the $26 price tag. Only consolation here is the tasty hot soup and ramen. Prawn gzoya was another disappointment. Not pan Fried. Steam gzoya. Tasteless. Wouldn't go back for this service, quality and pricey food.
Staffs are nice and easy to access. Only minor problem is that parking is hassle since it's in city center. However the food is amazing. I quite enjoy all their food. Gyojakind of dumplings was delicious and bento is worth it to pay. I didn't really like their miso because of personal taste but not bad. I would love to come this place again definitely.
One of my favourite Japanese restaurants I have been to. The staff are welcoming and warm as if they are waiting specifically for your arrival. The food is delicious and such good value. I will be back for sure!
