We had some dinner with some friends. Lovely dinning experience. With a lovely Thai atmosphere. The food was made fresh. The staff was also professional with the service. The service with getting our orders to the table took a bit of time. Which is understandable with being a busy evening.

Very highly recommended.nnWe are from Wellington and we stayed with my sister in Thames on Tuesday and Wednesday nights this week.nnWe all had takeaways from here on Tuesday night, and I loved it so much that I had it again on Wednesday night the others had fish and chips. Wednesday night I had the beef vegetable peanut sauce stirfry again, and the entrée of sate chicken.nnThe food is just so good. Every time we come to Thames we have it. I just love the beef vegetable peanut stir fry, though it is all really delicious.nnHighly recommended.

Decided to dine in Thames and stopped into Nakontong Thai Restaurant. Well, you really cant see the beauty of the restaurant until you go in, The service was very friendly and efficient, we didn't wait long before our mains come, steady flow of dining in and takeaway customers which says alot about the food. We enjoyed our meal and dessertn The restroom is very clean and well looked after
