This is my nails 2 weeks after getting them done! Love the service and the quality of my nails Every time I leave here. If I’m ever not happy with the colour or design I chose they are still more than willing to accommodate any changes even though it’s my error. Would recommend to everyone!

absolutely amazing service!! this is such a lovely nail place, went here for the first time and had such a quick and efficient service, the man who done my nails was very nice and made sure i was happy with everything all the way through, it’s so clean too, and i’m extremely amazed at their talent with nail art, i will never go anywhere else now. definitely the best in norwich, i’ll be sure to come back monthly, highly recommend!!Service: Manicure
Since June I have been regularly going to see Alex and the team for acrylic nails. I have been had my nails done by a few different members of the team and have had only great results from them. They are all polite, efficient and accomodating. Every time I bring along a picture of what I want and they always deliver. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will keep coming back! Very happy with service and my nails! I got a classic short french tip and was in and out of the salon in less than an hour, even though they were quick it wasn’t rushed they’re just very good at what they do!Service: Nail extensions
It was a great experience. They listen to what I want and thinner nails as per my request. I loved my nails. The picture was taken today after 2 weeks++ I did the nails, still looking good.
Used this place two times prior and not had an issue with my nails, Went in last Saturday- 25th of feb 2023, I said to the guy doing my nails that he’d done a few of my fake nails too close to the tip of my nail and he turned round and said no they’re fine and I took his word for it. Not even three days later my nail had become loose, then pinged off this morning. Wasn’t painful like it should of been didn’t even realise till I was about to leave for work. I messaged this place on fb and said the situation that I wasn’t happy, as previously my whole set would normally last about 3 weeks and it’s literally only been a week and they didn’t even have the decency to reply back to me and just read and ignored my message. My sister in law has also been experiencing problems with a couple of her sets within a week or two but we won’t be going backService: Acrylic nails
Fav place for nails, come here each month and they always last 4 weeks. Have a cute loyalty card and staff listen to exactly what you want!

I find you all polite and friendly you even introduced your baby to me! and you always make my acrylic nails so beautiful and strong! I am genuinely in awe of the artistry and skill it takes to paint such tiny designs and often gasp when I see how they turned out. The salon is clean and bright, well stocked and if you can't do a particular design you explain why. Before I came to you guys I never had my nails done regularly but now it's a regular part of my life.Service: Manicure
