They were able to do the design I asked for, however the woman who did my nails was very aggressive. She was bending my fingers over each other in very uncomfortable ways then raising her voice at me telling me to 'relax'. She kept sighing and was very rude. It has been two months and I have 4 nails left on, I cannot take them off myself as the nails that have already come off have took my natural nails off with them. I can see my nails lifting from the ones still on. One of my nails has the sensitive skin underneath exposed, as the nail ripped almost all my nail off. If you have somewhere else go there! NailsEnvy used to be good, but not anymore. Been coming here for years but now won't recommend this place to anyone, you call days in advance for an appointment only to come and wait for over 30 minutes Staff are rude and abrupt. I called to make an appointment and i got it straight away. They only see you by appointments. I had spa manicure and spa pedicure with gel french tips. It is so price sufficient and great experience too. For the pedicure you sit on a massage chair and get your relaxing spa pedicure done.
You need to clean your equipment I have ended up with a fungal nail infection on both hands due to the dirty equipment you are using . Even when it was brought to your attention you used the equipment and didn’t sterilise so other people will pick it up from me . I’ve not used Nail Envy for a while as I felt the service had gone down hill a little bit. But I went to try them again after my friend had hers done and they were beautiful and had really lasted. I am very very pleased with my nails! My hands are not the best, but the lady did my cuticles and left my hands and nails looking brand new. Very pleased, didn’t feel rushed, great service and friendly.Services: Nail painting
Very disappointed and completely disheartened for failing to mention they had a loyalty card and I only found out the following day when I came in for my third treatment, I heard a staff member offer it to a customer. When I asked I was only given the loyalty point for that treatment that day, when I questioned why I wasn’t told about this yesterday they were quite rude in their response by aging they were busy so I asked if they could honour the points from yday I was told no. And when questioned why they said if I returned within two hours of treatment I would’ve been given loyalty points. But my question they could not answer was how am I meant come bak within 2hrs of treatment if I had no knowledge of such loyalty scheme existing. When asked to speak to manager I was told he does not speak English and I will not be able to speak to him even tho I suggested that she could translate for me. She refused. They could do with some customer service training. There is such a thing as good will seeing as they said it was their own fault for not mentioning their loyalty scheme.Services: Nail extensions

Always have my nails done at nail envy and I've never had a problem before. I had nails done a week and a half ago infills I had a full set 2 weeks before, I booked an appointment which I arrived for, didn't get seen until an hour later. I honestly do not mind waiting if somebody runs behind their appointment, or if they just say come back in an hour - but to me it just feels like they try and squeeze as many people in as they possibly can. The man who done my nails asked me to pick a colour, I already had a hot pink colour on my nails which I also had on my toes so I said I just want the same colour as what I have on them. So I brought one over that to me, looked the same. He said yes that will be the one. He done my nails and they were a bit long for me as I like them really short so asked politely could he cut them down he huffed and did so. He painted my nails and they were red but not worth asking to change so I just left. Two days later two broke, went back to get them fixed. One of the lady's was rude to me said they looked OLD when I had a full set two weeks prior. She fixed them for me anyway and I left, so it's been a week and a half and they look awful already. I wish I could upload a picture, the corner of another has already snapped. I've NEVER had a problem before with this nail shop so maybe it was just a one off but won't be returning
I have been visiting this salon for a long time now and i can safely say that it is best nail salon as they always make me feel comfortable, The nails envy team are always friendly and approachable, Lovely salon as they always provide a relaxing environment. The nails technicians always take the time and effort to ensure you are happy with the nails and if there is anything that you are not sure about they will sort it without any trouble! Highly recommend Nails Envy. Thank you to the Nails Envy team me and my sister love coming to the salon to get our nails done !
