I can’t recommend this dental practice enough! I had to last-minute book an urgent wisdom tooth extraction in the middle of the night for a Sunday appointment, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic.nnThe reception team were lovely and welcoming, but an extra special mention has to go to Jen, the dental assistant, who was so kind, comforting and lovely throughout the whole experience. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after.nnDr Yee Haow was also amazing. He calmly talked me through the entire procedure, was incredibly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job with the extraction. I felt well informed and in great hands throughout the whole process.nnA huge thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent care, especially on a Sunday at such short notice. I will absolutely be returning to this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care!
Absolutely phenomenal service from the outset and I am genuinely looking forward to my next appointment.nDr Loan is professional,friendly, very thorough and she made sure I was fully informed in regard to the procedure and the likely cost. I wasn't lectured for not having been to a dentist in over 12yrs she was genuinely just keen to help me NOW.nDue to the high standard of service and the exceptional level of care that I received today from every single member of the Naenae Dental Clinic team that I had the pleasure of dealing with...our family now has a go-to for all of our dental requirements!nBeautiful,clean, welcoming and well equipped premises, lovely team members, and Dr Loan is an absolutely kick-@55 dentist! As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in years, it was pretty daunting having to make that initial contact. Right from the get-go, the reception staff were super informative and the loveliest people ever, they were able to book me in for my consultation and treatment within the same day. I had 2 extractions wisdom teeth and 2 fillings done with Dr Loan, she was amazing! She was super thorough and professional but also very warm and inviting. I felt so relaxed in her presence. I genuinely left feeling so well taken care of

Naenae dental clinic is the best dentist I have ever been to. The most kind and caring staff are behind the desk and they were my first point of contact. They booked me an appt and after one consultation with the most gentle dentist and nurse I was then booked an appt with the best denture maker. I then was booked an appt to complete my 10 extractions with my dentist and nurse and I cannot lie I was so nervous. They both made me feel so incredibly comfortable. I cannot thank them enough. They fitted my denture and away I went. I am now on my 32nd hour after my procedure and I still have no pain. I expect some to come but I have all of the info I need. I cannot wait for my adjustment.n1000000000+++++++ stars
