J'ai téléphoner à la coiffeuse qui s'est excuser et ma assuré que la prochaine fois elle mettrait un produit moins fort. Je prends donc rendez-vous 3mois plus tard pour les racines et ce a 17h...... la coiffeuse n'avait pas vérifié ses stocks et ma fait une coloration des racines au lieu d'une décoloration... pour m'expliquer que les produits arrivent demain donc de revenir! La tête jaune je n'ai pas d'autre choix que de revenir, malgré que javais un week end chargé et planifier. ERREUR ! La décoloration du lendemain me fait tellement mal que je pleur. La coiffeuse me demande de tenir, je n'en peut plus et lui demande de tout retirer. Au séchage les cheveux tombent, au toucher ils sont à 80% brûler. Je pars en panique. Je rentre chez moi et j'ai les cheveux qui continuent de tomber!!!! Je fais du blond polaire depuis des années.
