My Wonderland Albany

Had an awesome time here with my 2 1/2yr old granddaughter. First to arrive at 9.30am on a Saturday morning so we had they place to ourselves for a wee while. Nice customer service, the place was clean and tidy. Good selection of food at the Cafe. Seating downstairs and upstairs, heaps of parking. I liked the fact it didn't get crowded and crazy like other indoor playgrounds we have been to on a Saturday, we left about 11.30am and there was still heaps of parking.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our son 5th birthday. Paid for a party packages this included unlimited play, food, party room for an hour, gift bag for birthday child and extra catering at your expense. Food is expensive so would recommend paying to play and feed the kids after but for birthday parties ages 1-5 works well. A kid did vomit in the ball pit, workers got on to collected what they could of the contaminated balls and moped the rest you could still smell the vomit. I suggest in future though if a kid is sick in a particular area to close it off until it is cleaned and sanitised. Again I know the place is small but to not spread any germs it is probably better to close it off for a short time rather than put a sign up for wet floor. Other than that my children had a great time.

It's always such a pleasant experience going here with my two boys. Not many plces I can take my extremely active children and feel safe to just let them free, but at My Wonderland, I can do just that. After 2 hours my boys are exhausted and ready to go and relax.

More suited for 2yr - 7yrs. Space is pretty tight. Parking is not ideal. Prices are high. Games need tokens. Probably remove claw machines and put more video game machines for no cost in the arcade area. You want people to stay. Felt clean, bright and colorful. You could aim to stay 30 minutes to 1 hour. There is potential to expand and grow. It would be a great to see as this is a nice place. Just probably limited by high cost of doing business in this country. Hopefully one day we can see a big indoor playground. A happy place for all to attend.

Located in the back of Albany this children's playground is in the industrial area off Corinthian Drive and it's a great place. The food is good however the playground is awesome many things for children to do. My Wonderland is a great place to bring them especially on rainy days

A great place for children to play and be active especially in the rainy day. Staff members are friendly, attentive and accommodating. Food prices and entry prices are reasonable. The claw machines and video games are the costly ones as they requires token that you need to buy. The slides are awesome though one of the touch screen starts to loose its sensitivity and the other one is broken. The maze are awesome and definitely have many surprises and things to play and tickle the imagination of both the children and adults. Parking is challenging. Planned to stay for a few hours but end up staying for half of the day. Definitely a time well spent.

Great place for toddlers. My 17 month old had a ball. It was quiet when we were there but can imagine it might be a bit much with older kids running around. Cafe area is nice and coffee was great. You do need to supervise your own children, some caregivers are better at that than others, it's not the staff's job to patrol the kids so don't expect them to!

Indeed a wonderful place to go! my son had great time there, could’ve spent hours there, lots more to discover as they have a cafe, party rooms, play rooms

Wonderful place for kids indoor play. Clean, no bad smell... price is okay. Overall happy with it...

It’s ok - we booked the party room for an end of season sorts celebration- party room is adequate and clean. Play space was good too though it’s more suited for younger children maybe up to 6yo. What annoyed me though was the staff not wanting to give water to kids - for this reason I gave you 2 stars - I had to practically demand water ….. you should have access for people to fill their water bottles and stop trying to push single use plastic bottles. Install a water filter if you can’t be bothered talking to customers…. As that seemed to be an issue too ‍
