Excellent customer service. My card wasn't working and they fixed it all over the phone ... on a Sunday. Friendly and extremely helpful.
Went to use Dog washer and dryer for dog blankets. Payment kiosk was not working. Rung 0800 number. Nice guy on phone started machine remotely without charge for the wash as issue was their end. By time wash was done machine working so could process transaction for dryer. Too easy! Great asset to Geraldine NZ

Wow I never thought I'd see the day where I would see I self-serve carwash complain about a customer leaving a mess behind after using their facilities for the specific purpose of cleaning their vehicle especially blasting them about it all over social media! 100% poor form.
Already leaking machines in Geraldine almost broke my neck slipping on water. Won't be using again very bad
