The absolute best.  Everything was top tier and not one hiccup. Even guests were surprised at how entirely stress free the wedding ran. Sophia & Mel know all of the best vendors and package everything so perfectly.  They also go above and beyond with the smallest details and you can tell there is thought behind every part/selection made. Dream team!

Sophia is nothing short of amazing. Right from the beginning her communication was fantastic, she understood exactly what we wanted and gave us loads of advice when it came to styling & planning our wedding.  Our wedding was on the day Auckland had one of the worst days of torrential rain in history. Still, nothing was too big or too small and Sophia made things seem seamless. It was the wedding of our dreams because she and her team were able to be agile and make things look so beautiful at Mudbrick, despite having to have the wedding inside as opposed to outside, and despite having to move everything in the pouring rain.  We loved working with Sophia and would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their wedding. 10/10.

Sophia and the team at My Waiheke are true blue professionals and masters at what they do. From the first conversation I had up until the wedding day, we were totally on the same page about the look/feel/style. I felt at ease, taken care of and knew that no matter what the big day would look outstanding. When we had to move dinner inside originally meant to be outside the morning of the wedding due to heavy winds, I was completely at ease with the last minute change knowing that the My Waiheke team had it handled. Lo and behold, they took my vision above and beyond to create the perfect day! Could not recommend them enough.

Sophia and her My Waiheke crew helped us organise the most amazing wedding on Waiheke, our day was better than we could have imagine and absolutely perfect for us! She is great at understanding you vision and putting you in touch with the best vendors on the island. Her on the day organisation is absolutely amazing everything ran smoothly and according to plan, we had to do nothing but enjoy the day. If you want an amazing wedding on Waiheke then My Waiheke are the people for you!

Sophia went out of her way to help me out with issues that came up that weren't in her scope. My Waiheke is an AMAZING team of lovely people, highly recommended to all brides and grooms.

We cannot speak highly enough of Sophia and My Waiheke. We organised our wedding on Waiheke from Australia, and she was so incredibly valuable to us. Her knowledge of the area and connections with vendors is extremely helpful. On top of that, she is incredibly talented with styling and has a great ability to turn your vision into a reality. Our wedding was just breathtakingly beautiful and surpassed our expectations. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day because she was all over it, running the day as smooth as possible. If you are having your wedding on Waiheke… you must use My Waiheke!

Sophia Hoadley from My Waiheke, was an absolute pleasure to work with and managed to skilfully co-ordinate logistics, furniture, lighting, & incredible styling to create an amazing 50th at Man O' War vineyard in Feb 2020. She was involved form the start , had great ideas, listened and engaged with all the obstacles that come from a hard to reach site. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and would use her many talents again. We were very happy with Sophia as were our 160 guests! Duncan & Susie
