The absolute best. Everything was top tier and not one hiccup. Even guests were surprised at how entirely stress free the wedding ran. Sophia & Mel know all of the best vendors and package everything so perfectly. They also go above and beyond with the smallest details and you can tell there is thought behind every part/selection made. Dream team!
Sophia and the team at My Waiheke are true blue professionals and masters at what they do. From the first conversation I had up until the wedding day, we were totally on the same page about the look/feel/style. I felt at ease, taken care of and knew that no matter what the big day would look outstanding. When we had to move dinner inside originally meant to be outside the morning of the wedding due to heavy winds, I was completely at ease with the last minute change knowing that the My Waiheke team had it handled. Lo and behold, they took my vision above and beyond to create the perfect day! Could not recommend them enough.
We cannot speak highly enough of Sophia and My Waiheke. We organised our wedding on Waiheke from Australia, and she was so incredibly valuable to us. Her knowledge of the area and connections with vendors is extremely helpful. On top of that, she is incredibly talented with styling and has a great ability to turn your vision into a reality. Our wedding was just breathtakingly beautiful and surpassed our expectations. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day because she was all over it, running the day as smooth as possible. If you are having your wedding on Waiheke… you must use My Waiheke!
Sophia and her team at My Waiheke were amazing at helping us get our styling and set up done for our wedding on Waiheke. Sophia went out of her way to help me out with issues that came up that weren't in her scope. My Waiheke is an AMAZING team of lovely people, highly recommended to all brides and grooms.
Sophia and her My Waiheke crew helped us organise the most amazing wedding on Waiheke, our day was better than we could have imagine and absolutely perfect for us! She is great at understanding you vision and putting you in touch with the best vendors on the island. Her on the day organisation is absolutely amazing everything ran smoothly and according to plan, we had to do nothing but enjoy the day. If you want an amazing wedding on Waiheke then My Waiheke are the people for you!
We live in Sydney and decided to have our wedding on Waiheke Island in just a few weeks before the date, needless to say we had a lot to organise in a short space of time. After confirming the venue the first person I happened to call was Sophia and I am so pleased I did. Sophia is lovely, kind and generous with her time. On our first call Sophia kindly provided me with her recommendations and contacts on Waiheke Island, all of whom I quickly connected with. We wanted a relaxed wedding party to reflect our venue and who we are and Sophia effortlessly provided the perfect pieces to style our venue. We really can’t recommend Sophia highly enough.
Sophia and her team helped us bring together the most perfect wedding day, which was no easy feat given we aren't even based in New Zealand!! Her expertise, calmness, style, taste and all around amazing-ness really meant that on the day, we didn't have a thing to worry about. It was such a seamless operation - we could not have organised the day and the day after!! without the My Waiheke team's services.
