Very nice, dry and clean storage. Reasonably priced. Helpful owners and easy sign up process. Place has been upgraded recently with new driveway and fenced. Highly recommended for short-term or long-term rentals. I really like the new container unit and will definitely use for future storage.
I've used My Storage for the past couple of years and I only have good things to say about the facility. It's well laid out, so easy to drive around, even with a trailer on. There has always been plenty of gravel down, so puddles and wet ground have never been a problem. The facility is locked at night, so great for security, but the opening hours are broad enough that I've always been able to access the container when I wanted to. Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and accommodating.
Manager Gail was acceptional. Space very clean & tidy.
The Service was great, easy access, clean dry storage units and very helpful staff when needed. The opening hours suited fine. Much appreciated and we will definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

Perfect for what we wanted,easy access and handy to Richmond, nothing was a problem for them, even went around one day , when we couldn't remember if we had locked the container and checked it for us.
