Highly recommend this place for their pies! nYou can really tell these are handmade, not mass-produced — the quality speaks for itself.nnThe pastry is incredibly fragrant and crispy, with that perfect flaky texture. Every bite is satisfying. The filling is generous and rich, packed with meat and full of flavor without being greasy.nnWhat impressed me most is how thoughtful and hardworking they are. I found out they start preparing as early as 4am. Even though Google says they open at 6:30, they actually start serving from 6am because they know many customers come early. That level of care really shows.nnRunning a food business isn’t easy, but places like this truly deserve support.nDefinitely coming back and will be recommending to friends nnKeep up
Staff are Amazing and friendly service. Apparently hangi pies will be in stock as of Matariki public holiday tomorrow YAY exciting will be making another trip tomorrow for that. Best Pies I have had since being in AKL for the past 10 years used to think good ol d Melbourne Aussie pies were the Vibe until I came across my Paua Pies even and Oh lordy they sell Jack Daniel's pies ha ha ha! Happy customer as my family are enjoying their variety of pies whilst I leave this long review. I am amazed with their pies quality and selection available ready to go for the customer's. Quite disappointed in the quality of mince and cheese, and hangi pies. The mince and was about 2/3 filled with watery gravy with a miserly amount of mince and cheese. The pie fell apart about 3 bites from the end. Good thing the paper bag held together. Similarly for the hangi pie, very little meat and a mystery mix of filling. We had eaten some really good pies from Levain, Lunchroom, Lunchbar Eighty8, recently and Muzza's are much lower quality. Not good value. The warming cabinets had greasy marks on some parts with grease and could do with a clean.
Tried their coconut buns, hands down the fluffiest, creamy, coconut best buns ever. You just melt eating this deliciousness. Will go back tomorrow to get more & try the other desserts.
Amazing surprise! nnWe suddenly stopped by Muzza's Pies and bought two pies. The staff lady was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the food was simply WOW! nnThe pies were absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Great food, lovely service, and a wonderful place!nnHighly recommended!
