Freshly tasty baked pies worth the wait if standing waiting in the queue to order your delicious pies .nMouth watering and for I ordered 2 piesnSteak and melting cheese with the classic custard pie .nThere are a couple of tables out side to sit and enjoy your purchases.nA popular place and there is street parking no disabled parking
Was recommended by a mate to check this place out. I visited after 3PM and the shop still had half a dozen customers queuing for pies - a very good sign!!nnThis really is the good stuff; and they don't even need to tell you how good it is - the reviews speak for themselves!! Absolutely full pies, with rich gravy in both pies I bought. The smoked fish pie was the best seafood pie I've had. Definitely a doozy to check out yourself!!
Fantastic pies here, evident with the queues of pple out the door and the trance like smell of pies 100m away.nThe popular varieties are all sold out so I went for the Steak n Pepper , Steak bacon n cheese , custard tart and apple pie. Pies are full of real meat, flavorful and crust is awesome.nCustard tart is light and moreish.nApple pie is ok.nThe only criticism I have is the person taking our order and getting the pies uses a cake slice server to scoop the pie up from the cabinet, but they use their fingers to stabilize the pie when they pick it up. Why bother using the server to pick the pie up, you may as well just use your hands. Food hygiene not best here as the person also handles money which is not clean. - I hope Muzza team reads this and either gets a bigger slice server or trains there cashier staff to not touch the pies directly, they also touched the custard tart and apple pie with their fingers.
#homemade pie#nAll the food is homemade, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.nThe pie is definitely worth trying—the filling is tasty, and the pastry is crispy and buttery.nI especially like the cheese one.
Had the pleasure of buying steak and mushroom and steak and double cheese. They did not disappoint. Pastry was just right, not too thick. Filling for both pies was very tasty and full of meat. I would recommend going out of your way for one of their pies. Reputation is well deserved.
