Great stop over point for travellernVery tasty seafood chowder with nice river view too
The owners are absolutely lovely. The good they cook is just amazing! The chowder is to die for and the fritters are awesome!
Great place to stop in have a break on our travels and grab a quick bite to eat of NZ's famous mussel or white bait fritters so big it feeds us both or a hot bowl of seafood chowder, owned and run by a lovely local family. They are always friendly and kind. Thanks Mussel Man team
If you are travelling through Huntly I can thoroughly recommend a quick stop at the Huntly Power Station viewpoint. Where you can eat a LOVELY Mussel Fritter at the roadside Mussel Man vehicle. They are to die for!!!!!!!
Love those green lipped mussels! Thanks, guys! Do you still have t shirts? Ours are almost worn out.
