I always enjoy going into musicworks Hastings. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Mike the manager has many years of valuable experience and I think that everyone who's not completely tone-deaf should visit this place,in fact even if you are tone deaf it's worth going in to meet the guys anyway, haha!

I brought a ibanez package ibanez guitar and laney amp. The laney amp was faulty when i asked for them to fix they said i had to courier it to one of their branches because we dont have a musicworks in gisborne out of my own money even though they sent me a faulty amp

Good quality items. I hv bought guitar stands, picks, books etc. There is a Martin & Co Accoustic guitar for sale that I really, really want. But unfortunately cannot afford. One day!
I had my guitar set up here, very friendly people and reasonable prices.
Do not allow returns/refunds on products even when the item had been bought 2 days earlier. Sure the service instore when buying was goos but no returns means i wont be going back there again.
