We have had an excellent relationship with Sandy and the Professionals team. We bought the property from Professionals and they put us in contact with the property management team, we have been with them ever since. Their inspections are conducted throughly and if anything needs attention we are contacted promptly. As we are busy people ourselves Sandy makes it easy as she handles all repairs/maintenance issues for us always getting quotes firstly then once agreed to by us gets the issues resolved. They have found us excellent tenants who look after our property. We highly recommend their services.
To call Sandy and her team 'Property Managers' is an understatement. My experience over the last 7 years, since the Professionals started looking after my rental properties, has been one of competency, expert knowledge and total trust on all matters related to my business affairs. Communication is excellent. In conjunction with Sandy and her team of professionals and my own office staff, I can concentrate on what I am good at, knowing full well that the ship is in good hands. 5͏ Star Agent - Angela Allan This was the second time we engaged Angela Allan to sell a property for us and both times we couldn't be happier with her friendly and professional service. Angela is great at keeping the vendor updated on the progress, informing us after every open home and in-between viewings and any follow-ups with the prospective buyers. On this last property Kendra assisted Angela and both agents were easy and professional to deal with. Also which is important they were always available for contact which made the process even smoother. A big thanks to both Angela & Kendra. Highly recommend using them if you're looking for an excellent and honest agent.
Don’t͏ go anywhere else if you want your house sold Trying to sell your house when you are on the other side of the world can be daunting, but Wendy made the whole experience a breeze. Throughout the entire process Wendy kept us up to date with everything and if we needed to contact her outside of regular hours to the time difference, she would always accommodate. It was fast, professional and we are so pleased that we decided to use Wendy to sell our house. Would definitely recommend.
As a tenant for a small period of time 2 months Amy , property manager was very helpful, prompt and kind in all of my interactions with her. Goes͏ the extra mile Murray has been an excellent agent to sell our property through. He is straight up and honest. He seeks a win win situation for all parties without compromising what is best for the vendor he represents. Our situation had some ups and downs and murray communicated well with us right through and went the extra mile, or ten, to make sure the house sold . We'd definitely recommend him as an agent to anyone
