This was fantastic. Myself, Wife and daughter had a lovely meal. Great pints of Guinness. And believe me I have drank a fair amount of Guinness in my time. Only downside was I mistakenly thought the guy running the place was Mexican. Yeah. He's Indian. Nice guy too.
Great food, drink, hospitality, & entertainment. Everything a public house should be. Is undergoing a minor renovation so expect an upgraded future experience.

Quick stop after a long drive. Found this pub by accident. Best pint of Guinness I've had in a long time. Nice wee pub. Even let us try the wine before we bought. Be heading back down this way next week. Might even stop in for another pint or three
It was ok can't really say much as I didn't really stay long
Great as usual. New owners since we last visited Taupo. Maybe add more old and known music too but still friendly and beers are cheap. Oh and my partner and I win a little bit at the pokies too
Muligans is the bar to be in if ur looking for socialising convocations and a good grovey atmosphere when inside
