Divine smell as you approach. Initially thought the coffee price was a bit steep until I saw the size, definitely worth $5 for a medium flat white. Friendly staff and well made hot drinks
Current staff are unfriendly, sullen & service is pretty appalling . Ordered takeaway coffee and although 3 staff in cafe no one wanted to make my coffee!! No smiles & general feel is not great. Coffee eventually done & was ok, hence the 2 stars. They need to work on customer service.
No cutlery offered. Coffee served in takeaway cup despite specifically ordering to have in. Staff appeared unorganized. Muffin lacked flavour. Food was not even served on a tray to be able to carry. No smiles from staff. Was unclear who had been served or who was waiting.
Coffee service often unreasonably slow and quality is all over the place. Barrista was too busy talking to one of the mall staff to concentrate today. Overfilled the bowl so that slopped everywhere. The coffee was overly milky and not even hot. Someone else needs to offer quality coffee in this part of the mall.
Why whatever Muffin Break you go to the Toasties are burnt, overpriced with nothing in them. Over this chain!
Definately need a good barista and girl was nice though at the counter.
