Only stayed at the entrance, next to a busy road so cars were driving by. Isn't intended for camping but the trails should be beautiful and scenic. Stayed here for a quick stop on the 5th of January. Think it's worth biking or hiking in The entrance, which is the small carpark area, has two rubbish bins but no toilets or showers. No camping is allowed either
A tangled mess of weeds and scrub. Most footpaths are inaccessible and it is no longer possible to access the river bank due to 4 foot high grass and overgrown scrub. Such a shame as it used to such a lovely place. Photographs show what used to be a footpath
Lovely reserve alongside the river with a short walk
I love this spot . Great area to spend the whole day with the family. Take a BBQ or picnic, a cricket set and soccer ball. Go for a walk along the river track with the dog. Beautiful and relaxing spot, great to chill the entire day.
Fantastic place for a picnic. Dip your feet in the river. Take the kids . My parents took me there for family outings as a child and now it's a place I take my kids. Wide open spaces and very mature trees make it a beautiful spot to stop. If only the sound of passing cars was a little more in the distance.
Really beautiful scenic walk. It's mostly quite flat and a very easy short walk through the trees. My dogs love it here
Lovely walk around here today. Good for taking the stresses of life away.

Beautifull place with public accessible toilets, lovely place to have a picnic.with walking tracks situated down by the river, this place is fantastic to stop in at to stretch the legs after some driving, area is big enough to kick a ball around , or for letting the kids blow off some steam, in some of the hurts is conservation information about the area.
