Went here to see The Red Hot Chillipeppers in 2023 and the show was amazing. Very well organized with plenty of entrances, exits, bars, food and toilets. The parking was really the only issue as there was none. A great venue to attend any event
What a excellent performance from Post Malone last night, it very much will be something to remember forever. I will be back Mt Smart, don't know exactly when or for what show but I will make sure it happens. Fantastic.
Awesome venue electric atmosphere, clean and tidy, good food.
Came here for an All Black's game. Bit of a walk from the train station but the security was well stationed to guide us. The venue was well sign posted once we arrived and gates flowed well through check through and security checks. Lots of seating options that were well accessed. Clear screen for all close up and a fantastic atmosphere in a well presented venue.
Red Hot Chilli Peppers were great.. and post malone
We were here for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert and it was really well organized apart from one little glitch which was one of the security/direction guys telling us and a lot of others as we entered the South stand that we could sit anywhere it was first in first served even though it was allocated seating, we did find our allocated seats but watched it play out as the stadium filled and people's seats were taken by people who had been told the same thing. To be honest it was quite entertaining watching people being kicked out of seats so maybe that's why he was telling people that. But in general everything was really easy and we'll organized.
Accessibility to the concert at the stadium wasn't the best. Streets were closed to traffic so you had to walk quite a distance to entry and then trying to find where the taxis cued afterwards was diabolical. The toilets at the stadium were clean and accessible. The stands were easily labelled but the seats probably aren't the best for overweight people.
We were in the cooperate box and it was hands down the best experience. The best seats in the house and the best atmosphere. The food was amazing and the staff serving us were so lovely. Great experience. Highly recomend the cooperate box.
Wheelchair seating area is a complete shambles. Stadium staff didn't know how to manage the area and for most the night had people walking in front of you as if it was a walk way. Needs more structure and staff need to be given more training. The stadium and ease of use was superb for accessing food and amenities
Nice venue Shame about the lack of information Had to walk 340 degrees around to gate A , on a recent ankle surgery As blocked off the shortest path So sat in pain for 4hours after. Not even a golf cart for people who struggled with the walk around.
