Some seriously unorganised admin going on - had to rebook an appointment because they wanted me to wait an extended period of time even though I BOOKED AN APP come back two days later booked app, receptionist tells me I am 15 minutes later and that I was supposed to be there earlier than what I was told on the phone and have missed my slot. Find out their ‘ texts aren’t working ‘ and I have to rebook for another time. Really incompetent and have wasted my time as I woke up early in order to make it to work BOTH days.
Great doctors, and a great service delivered with a smile. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Dr Gillen listens to concerns with the utmost care and respect. Highly recommend this practice.
I give you guys 1 star purely for my daughter. She has been coughing for the last couple of days. Unpleasant service! Update: Happy with Staff's quick response in getting the issue resolved. 5 star service.
Not a good experience. They are always in a hurry and alwys late to see you at your appointment. Also my partner also had bad experience with them. Going to a different doctor.
Great doctors, have always been providing the best care where possible. Have been going to them consistently over the past 3 or so years and each time they have always been welcoming and ready to help where possible. They are a bustling practice who tends to a lot of families, especially children and try and give each patient the care they're due for what their issue is. I'd also like to give a special mention to Dr.Mohan who is always attentive, professional and thorough with her assessments.
Really disappointed. Recently I had a really bad experience for the second time, I came on time for my appointment and I needed to wait for half and hour AGAIN and then finally i was called for my consultation which took just 12 minutes... yes 12 minutes! I came to the the Doctor to check my knee pain and also get my three months medicine prescription and her answer was "I just can do one consultation per appoitment" so should i keep coming again and again for every small issues i have! They are not focusing on patients and just looking to earn money. Her reason was that the last patient took more time and bcoz of that i can only be seen for a small time as the next patient is also waiting!! It is totally unprofessional as the doctor did not have time for my problems! I was waiting for half an hour and their answer was that! I Paid $48 for 12 minutes consultation 2nd time......again just to get my prescription when in their website they offer 30 min consultation... really disappointed. I am changing my GP.
Dr Gillen is awesome and so are the nurses and reception ladies. Super friendly team with a no BS approach, I’ve been referred to specialists promptly and it’s made my healthcare a breeze knowing I have a reliable trustworthy doc! Totally recommend this practice!
Dr Nicola Mohan, who works at this practice, is fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable, and empathetic. The best GP I've ever been to. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately not a good experience, different doctor . Very expensive. Not listened to or notes not read. Felt judged. Unfortunately don't feel very valued as a patient.
Wonderful care for my children and family as well as myself. Highly recommended.
