I love this pharmacy, the staff are always lovely and the pharmacist knows my name yes, before he reads the prescription. I have never experienced them to be anything less than friendly, courteous and professional.
lovely staff and range of products... not sure why there are bad reviews??? i have always liked going there and even when i don't buy anything the staff have always been friendly and helpful, giving me product info to take home so i can read before i decide to buy.
Mount Eden Pharmacy is our local pharmacy so I go in fairly often. The staff are always super helpful and very friendly.
We went there to get passport photos. The lady for the job was so unfriendly. And the photos are the ugliest photos of my son and my husband.
The Mt Eden Pharmacy is the best Phamacy why? Because the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to help ensure you get the correct products for your needs even when they are super busy. They are a great asset to the Mt Eden community.
Every time I have picked up scripts from this pharmacy there have in particular been two ladies which I’m assuming are the owners/managers which always give me the most filthiest and judgmental looks when I hand over my scripts. Not going back. Lovely shop but terrible service.
Mount Eden Pharmacy is a great asset to the village and to the Mt. Eden community. The staff are always friendly and helpful, it's invariably a pleasure to go there.
While this pharmacy has an amazing stock pile of products, the staff I dealt with was rude and unfriendly when I commented that the price I had been charged for deoderant was different to the price on the shelf. She was incredibly put out at having to refund me and acted as if I had done her a great disservice. Wouldn't go back there.
