Show room display is the best I’ve seen. Customer service was friendly, professional and quite outstanding. They couldn’t have been more receptive and helpful. Photos below show before and after. Love it . Thank you
The service is fantastic. We got an Elsie floor lamp and a Paris rattan lamp shade for our small conservatory and it will be perfect for sitting and reading. The really nice touch was the pair of white gloves enclosed for use while assembling which unfortunately had slipped out of sight in the packaging and were not found until the carton was being cut up for recycling, but we still appreciated such forethought.
I love my kitchen lights and when we couldn't get one to hang straight Mr Ralf sent a replacement straight away. Brilliant service. I now looking at new lights for the dining and living rooms.
Beautiful lighting, I bought a ceramic pendant light and it looks gorgeous in the space. Prompt postage and fantastic customer service. Would absolutely purchase from them again.
