The perfect combination of exceptional service, quality product and second to none after sales care. Such a beautifully presented store, a wonderland of lighting. Knowledgeable kind and caring staff who make you feel welcome. They are attentive and very helpful, we always leave feeling valued and excited by our purchase. Popping in to Mr Ralph is one of our favourite past times.
The staff and owners of Mr Ralph are extremely honorable as I did have a problem with my Glass blown lights which were not checked before going out and The Electrician couldn't get them straight. I rang, they personally brought out more and said they were not leaving until I was 100% satisfied. Now that is what you call great service and I thank them so much for their efforts. These are the 3rd lights I have brought from them and I love them all.
