I am deeply disappointed with the unfriendly attitude and unprofessional behaviour I encountered during my recent border control experience. We met a Chinese staff member who was particularly rude. From the start, she exhibited a condescending attitude, with a tone that was both commanding and mocking. It felt as though she believed working there was a privilege, while we were treated as inferior, despite being long-term residents. As someone who has lived in New Zealand since 2009, I have never encountered such outrageous behavior. It makes me wonder if this is how all foreign visitors are treated—is this really how a country should welcome its guests?nnI fully understand the importance of border control and am more than willing to comply with all regulations, but I would expect to go through this process in a more friendly and professional environment. Unfortunately, this experience crossed the line into what felt like serious racial discrimination and disrespect. I can only imagine how disappointed I would be if I were an international tourist. I have traveled to many countries and have never been treated in this manner.nnI sincerely hope that future travelers will be treated with more courtesy and respect during their border control experience, unlike what I had to endure.
Used venue for mobile blood donor centre for the day. Great location though!
The staff here are great to deal with
Morden but buildings with a beautiful public park.
