I have been using Mow Bros for roughly the last two years at my property in Wonga Park and their work is absolutely excellent. The owner Paul McCasker has a great business model and is a genuine person to speak with. Paul's crew perform their tasks with diligence, ethics and great professionalism. This is testament to both Paul and his hard working crew who are a pleasure to speak with also. The works performed at my property are without question first rate. I would rate Paul and his crew from Mow Bros as 10/10. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, highly recommend. The crew shows up twice a month, and my lawn and garden always look great. People always comment on how nice it looks when they come over. The workers are really friendly and knowledgeable, and they take care in their work. For anyone on the fence about hiring someone to take care of your garden - it is absolutely worth it. Life is busy, and it feels really nice to look out on a well-maintained garden without having to worry about finding the time and energy to keep it that way. Honestly, even if I had unlimited time there is just no way I could do as good a job as they do. Experience matters with this type of work. Thanks Paul & team!!!

Paul's a great guy to deal with. He charges reasonably and does a great job with my lawn. I have no complaints so far and have recommended him to my friends as well. A great example of someone who does his job well because it is his own business.
Unfortunately Paul is terrible at communication. We had our lawns done and then I tried to request they be done again and despite both multiple phone calls and text messages, I never got a response - full stop. The job they did was pretty reasonable, probably a little pricey, but I guess that's the area we live in. What lets this business down is the fact it ignores customers! Oh well. Have gone elsewhere. **EDITED 7/2 IN RESPONSE TO PAULS RESPONSE BELOW. Let me be clear that my review has nothing to do with the fact they were busy and couldn’t accommodated my time frame. My review has *everything* to do with the fact that Paul simply ignored multiple text messages and phone calls. Had he responded to any of them and said they were too busy I would have understood. So perhaps he needs to respond to the actual issue and not the one he is pretending it to be. Thanks.
