Story

Sue Woledge, owner of Mountain View Massage & Health, provides Contact C.A.R.E. Flinchlock Release as well as remedial massage and soft tissue therapy to relieve aches, pain, and injuries or simply to relax and improve health.

Sue is qualified in Remedial & Deep Tissue Massage (Sports massage) as well as Soft Tissue Therapy (Myofascial Release).

Sue is also a second year Contact Care student practitioner close to completing her qualification.

Sue is also a Wellness Advocate with doTERRA Essential Oils. She is passionate about sharing these oils with others to help them empower themselves to better be able to take care of their health and their families.

Contact C.A.R.E. Flinchlock Release is a system for locating and releasing trapped bone pressure. It is a simple, pain free therapy that can be helpful for a wide variety of pain, injury and discomfort in the body including the list below and much more.
