I have ‘way’ lower overheads than many of the larger franchise realty organisations and as a result I am able to List, Market and Sell your property for a realistic fee…without compromising service!!

MY COMMISSION FEE IS: 2.75% (On First $500,000) and 2% on the balance…Plus GST

I do not charge a ‘Base Fee’

I back myself…I PAY THE ADVERTISING!
