Tip to all visitors. It's next to the laundromat. There is no large sign but this small one on the glass door. We drove on circles and asked around but were given directions to the Queenstown medical center instead. Signs and info online stated 8.30am, we stood outside with our sick 3 year old till about 8.45am, all calls to reception unanswered. We ended up going to Queenstown Medical up the hill as we had no other choice. Please improve your signage and change your hours if unable to stick to it.
Absolutely amazing doctor. Bruce McKinnon has to be one of the best doctors around. Great to have local doctors who take the time to get to know their patients unlike some medical professionals in the larger practices that frequently move around.
I needed some quick treatment for an infected sandfly bite and chose this medical centre based on a quick look at online reviews. The receptionist was both friendly and professional, and the doctor was thorough and great to discuss things with. I was in and out in half an hour, picked up the inexpensive prescription round the corner, and all was good. Would definitely recommend here if you need some quick attention when traveling.
Absolutely amazing service!! I called the same morning for an appointment in the afternoon in hope to reduce my allergy symptoms. Dr Carlos was so friendly and professional, he took his time to explain stuff to me and he was very knowledgable about asthma and allergy symptoms.
Dr Bosse would have to be the best doctor I have ever seen. Hands on, professional and very friendly. The whole team at Mountain Lake medical went above and beyond today. They are also punctual, did not have to wait at all from my appointment time.
The doctor here was very understanding and really helped us with letters needed for Immigration. Easy to find, close to town and has parking. The only downside was it took a while to hear back from anyone after leaving voicemail at main number.
Sympathetic doctor! But a very bad communication in this medical center, all takes a long time even to have a simple paper we need to call many time and send a lot of mails. It's exhausting.

Horrible practice. Discriminates against peoples vaccination status. Illegal and a complaint is being made to the medical board.
keep calling them for 2 weeks to just send the doctor certificate, how frustrating it is?!!!!!!!!! promise me every time will do it right now but never did
