Food - amazing! The chef shows the great passion for cooking through the quality of the food and also the presentation. Drinks - Great mocktail, and again, the presentation too! Customer service - impressive! All the waitresses were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time here. Highly recommended if you come to Tauranga.
We went here with First Table and our experience was wonderful. The music and vibe of the place was really groovy. The bar-tend was very friendly and made us feel at home. The food here is incredible! Best burgers in town, they are delicious! We also tried an omelette with salmon and it was delightful. Great place with lots of weekly events. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu here Parking: No parking outside the building, but the side streets aren't far away
Great spot! Cool atmosphere to have some drinks in. Random music usually happening so it keeps it interesting. You can definitely get some good photos in here and have some good beers. It's my go to bar in Tauranga. My only criticism is the window seats on the left side are pretty hard and uncomfortable, but it's the best view in the place. Wish they were softer. Highly recommend you stop in!
I probably caught them on a bad night. Appeared short staffed. Sharing platters looked nice from a distance, but sadly we ordered 2 mains: steak and nachos - I won't say more. Perhaps on another night they'd be much better. Really funky decor though and even a live singer was setting up for the evening, as we left. Still worth another try, cos we've had amazing meals there about 2-3 yrs ago.
really neat pub with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. the food is good with options for small dishes to full meals. some nights have karaoke, other nights have bands or DJs. house beer and cider on tap. I tried the apple crumble cider and it was amazing! I like the big booths with cozy couches. staff are friendly too.
What a cute little place, great decor and atmosphere the meal and beer was excellent nicely finished off with a great coffee. Staff were very friendly and polite. the keg ran out whilst filling my handle so they give me a glass of beer as well as the mostly filled handle. Definitely stop there again the next time we're at the mount

All the staff were lovely apart from this this one manager named Lara or Laura who was extremely rude and had no customer service skills what do ever. Never coming back there because of her horrible service :Service: 1/5
The short: Good: Fast delivery and high quality of food. Peaceful, interesting and relaxing decor. Bad: Cleaning standards need improving. Tad on the expensive side. The long: At first appearance, this cafe presents you with decor that will always have you looking around for other interesting things hanging on walls and dangling from the ceiling. It’s far from a uniformed style, and falls comfortably under the eccentric and random visual appeal. The same applies for the toilets ... it’s rare for my wife to tell me ‘go look at the bathrooms’. Upon sitting we were presented with two glasses of water, one of which had not been properly washed and had lipstick from a previous customer still on the edge of our glass ... a lovely shade of tan. The drink menu is impressive, and would have been more so had they had the drink I ordered at the time. The food menu is fairly standard, however, the flavors of both the blue cheese sauce and the calamari were five star. A light crumb coating of the calamari had a gorgeous crunch and light flavoring, the blue cheese however was so good that we wanted to try it with everything, only to discover that it overpowers all other flavors. There were other dishes we saw leaving the kitchen that looked equally impressive. No questions asked during ordering led to a drink being sent back, but the fact that they don’t interrupt you could be seen as a good thing. Prices are perhaps a few dollars too high ... but this fact is countered by the quality of culinary delights. Overall ... more than satisfied, if only the glasses were cleaner.
Went here on Saturday for dinner with friends. Sat in the Restaurant part and could not have a conversation as the music was excessively loud. The area was also full of smoke. Would have liked to be warned of a party and DJ there so we could have gone elsewhere. It was too late for us to change and go elsewhere as we had something else straight after dinner. Very disappointed. Not really a Restaurant, more of a nightclub with food. Food and service fine, atmosphere terrible. Don't go if you want a dinner and conversation.
