I thought with the traffic lights going up in motueka high street I would be now safe to cross the road. Since xmas both my husband and myself have been subject to crossing the road as directed by the green man and cars and truck with trailers have been jumping the lights and we have had to stop in the middle of the road or get run over. I think it would be great to have someone from your station to spend a little time on this before there is a accident
Pretty bloody atrocious. I don’t have a lot of respect for the blue family, though there are police former and present whom I do have a lot of respect for. The people who have staffed this station over years are largely responsible for the experiences which have formed my frame of reference. I’ve been beaten, stripped, and refused water, food, legal counsel or medical attention by police at this station. Sure, they might be lovely people at times, but there’s a culture of violence sewn deep in the uniforms of these cops.
Location north of town on main road..very friendly and helpful..
