WELCOME TO MOTORSPORTS
Specializing in Japanese imports especially Mazda, Toyota, Nissan and Suzuki. We also stock classic cars - Chevy's and Mazda Rotary to name two.
Born and bred in Rotorua, we really are local. In the business since 1970 we started Motorsports in 1997. The name came about because of our love of motorsport. In our younger years it was Moto-x then rally cars now Speedway but really , if it has an engine, it's fast and it's fun to watch we'll be keen on it!Our specialty is vehicles directly imported from Japan and priced between $10,000 and $20,000. Although we have vehicles from around $2000 up. We sell all makes and models although Mazda, Toyota, Nissan and Suzuki make up a majority of our stock.We have been going to Japan frequently for the last 20 years and can source almost any vehicle. We also have direct internet access to all major Japanese auction sites from our office.
We are also keen on classic cars and have imported a number of 50's, 60's and 70's Chevy's, some classic Mazda Rotarys and a few other hard to get vehicle's for clients all over New Zealand.We are a very loyal company and have been a MTF finance dealer since 2001. MTF offer New Zealand's top motor vehicle finance and we are proud to have them onboard with the Motorsports team
We also offer Drive right warranties for 1,2 or 3 years which includes roadside assistance. They have also been a part of our company since 1999.
