First time customer and very happy with my choice. Had a service and a brake bleed done and everything was perfect. Pete on the front desk was very welcoming. Definitely coming back.
Amazing guys. Rescued me at short notice after hours from the ferry when my bike had been pushed across the strait!! Then squeezed it in to check it out the next morning for me. Can’t thank you enough!!!
These guys are legends. Pete and Mark especially were so helpful in troubleshooting when my bike broke down. Won’t rip you off, fair, helpful and not condescending. Everything you want in a bike shop, nothing you don’t.
Just getting's started biking and Pete has been super helpful at pointing me in the right direction and explaining everything in simple terms.
Do not take your bike here unless you do not care for how it is treated. Their services had been okay, mediocre at best. This was until they gave me my bike back with missing bolts and in quite literally an unridable state. I'd given them my bike for a service, which they did properly, but I noticed the bolt connecting my bikes headgear to the frame was missing - leaving the front half of my bike hanging off by the wires. The fact they can quite literally destroy your bike and give it back to you shows how unprofessional and rushed their work is. I will never go back, they have damaged my bike terribly and 'cannot find the bolt' to fix it. I now must order parts because of their ignorance. It's a miracle I didn't crash and noticed this mistake before I drove at any sort of speed. Regardless of what other reviews say, you should take your money elsewhere. They have damaged my property worse than they can repair it. If you care about your bike you should take it somewhere that cares about their work.
My bike stopped working in the rain. I live in the Wairarapa. I took my BMW to Boyles initially because the previous owner did and also due to the online reviews. I did reach out local first but they weren't too keen on the bmw electrics as it wasn't their specialty. Which was fair enough. The team at Boyles are first class. Very good service from the get go by Peter. Ivan called me after a few hours, confirmed the fault which turned out to be the hall sensor and quoted to fix. I added a WOF while waiting. I got a txt when ready to pick up and price was as expected. Very good service and very happy with work done. Will not hesitate dealing with Boyles again.
Just picked up my 2018 Fatbob that had a S&S124 kit installed by Full Throttle and now dyno tuned by Paul from Boyles. The bike is running amazing...what a difference...im now getting the full benefit of the good work done by James at Full Throttle. Many thanks to Paul and the team down at Boyles. Will recommend to anyone in in this region that the dyno work done by Paul is ON !!

Relaxed, friendly, good communications and my bike now runs like purring cat! Great service, they know what they are doing and I’ll definitely be using them in future! Prices were fair as well and the work well explained!
