I took my car in for a service which cost me $320, they said there was a lot wrong with it and it was gonna cost over $3000 to fix. I knew I needed brake pads and tires, and I wanted to be safe so I ordered in the rotors they said I needed but I took my car somewhere else to get them installed and have my car checked again as I had my car serviced around 7 months ago and they mentioned none of the issues these guys had and I wanted to be sure. They new guy I took it to said there was nothing wrong with the rotors and they didn’t need replacing after I’d already ordered and paid for the rotors motor doctors said I needed and the car was otherwise in good condition. So after getting my car warranted it cost around $1000 which was going to cost $3000, I didn’t ask initially but would love to know where the $2000 in ‘orderings’ came from. Quite disappointing as they were very friendly but felt like a bit of a scam if I’m being honest

Brought my car in to diagnose an sound. Mike and the team did what they could, rotated tires and gave what wasn't good news but certainty of a way forward by waiting till the sound became a problem. They didn't charge me for this which was kind. Would recommend their service.Service: Transmission

WORST EVER! I booked for WOF and they wanted to charge me $1600 while I was pretty sure my car was fine. I took my car to another mechanic and got my WOF with $0 extra charge!!! $1600 differernce! I wonder how could they quote for the replacement of the parts that work perfectly fine!

Having taken my car there for a few years, the friendly guy rang me whilst I was getting a service.He told me I had problems with the brakes.. I thought ok fair enough , but it was going to cost over $600 to get it all fixed.He also told me that the battery was on its way out and had 2 months max life in it and I needed a new one ASAP.quoted $700After the expense of the brakes etc I told him it would have to wait.2 years later I have still got the same battery and they have serviced it since and didnt pick up on it! The most recent was when I took in for a wof.They told me that it had steering and suspension problems and quoted me 2 2k to get it fixed.I went to get a second test somewhere else it passed .I then took it to a different garage for a service and they said there was nothing wrong with the steering or suspension.please don't take your car here!

AA insurance sent my stolen car to the shop to repair. THEY CHARGED $100 FOR INTERNAL/ EXTERNAL GROOMING. HOWEVER WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR WAS FILTHY INSIDE OUT. I called to ask the person named Mike, he said all he done was just vacuuming the glass in the car? I confirmed again IS THAT ALL YOU DID FOR $100 GROOMING. AND HE SAID YES. WHEN I TOLD HIM I AM REALLY UPSET ABOUT THE SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE THE JOB PROPERLY. HE SAID THATS OK - AND HANG UP THE PHONE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE . TERRIBLE SERVICE .

Booked for WOF & service. Informed me before doing any work on my car and gave estimates as to the final cost. Told me my car wasn't due for a service yet, but I got it done for convenience. I'll go back again.

I have been getting them to service and warrant my cars for a few years now. They always give straightforward advice about what they need to do and give me a heads-up on what needs to be done before the next warrant or whatever. Great service. I recommend them.
