Bree filled us with the confidence to buy our first house. She went above and beyond to consider our individual needs and provided consistent communication and support throughout the whole process. Bree was genuinely invested in helping us and was reliable, trustworthy and kind. She made getting a mortgage accessible and achievable which is very impressive. I could not recommend her more highly and was already recommending her to friends, even after the first few chats.
When my wife and I found the house we wanted, we chose Bree at Mortgage Link Otago as our mortgage broker as she had been recommended to us. She was wonderful from the start explaining everything and was always encouraging. This being our first house I found it all quite daunting especially dealing with Kiwi Saver and Kianga Ora for the first home grant but Bree's enthusiasm and positivity made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. Amazing communication, fast response. Fast response I mean really fast. I had question after office hours, emailed to Bree and did not be stressed and wait for next day for answers. Bree always responded quickly, explaining and supporting us. Application was very simple, smooth. Helped to find good loan deal, good solicitor, everything needed to get our dream come true. I can't recommend Mortgage Link & in-particular our advisor Bree Taylor-Blair enough! Bree was an absolute breeze to work with through the entire process.
