When my wife and I found the house we wanted, we chose Bree at Mortgage Link Otago as our mortgage broker as she had been recommended to us. She was wonderful from the start explaining everything and was always encouraging. This being our first house I found it all quite daunting especially dealing with Kiwi Saver and Kianga Ora for the first home grant but Bree's enthusiasm and positivity made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. We just brought our first home and are absolutely thrilled with our mortgage advisor job. Bree Taylor-Blair Financial Adviser helps us from the start to finish. All quick and clear. Amazing communication, fast response. Fast response I mean really fast. I had question after office hours, emailed to Bree and did not be stressed and wait for next day for answers. Bree always responded quickly, explaining and supporting us. Application was very simple, smooth. Helped to find good loan deal, good solicitor, everything needed to get our dream come true. I can't recommend Mortgage Link & in-particular our advisor Bree Taylor-Blair enough! Bree was an absolute breeze to work with through the entire process.
