Worked here for 14 years and decided to move on Shocking treatment towards me and tried to block my move. Not very professional towards staff. However they do provide a good service in the utility industry
I would just like to thank Barry and Dean for their expert job in laying new turf grass in my garden after it was dug up by NIE to replace new electric cables. They were very hardworking and professional and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I have nothing but praise for these two guys who were polite, considerate and well mannered. Thank you again Barry and Dean, my garden looks great.
I have nothing but praise for Morrow’s workers especially Barry and Dean who reinstated my tarmac and brick paving drive after NIE replaced an electric cable. All the workmen were extremely helpful and well mannered and Barry and Dean did a fantastic job laying brick pavers to join my original tarmac. Thanks a lot men for a job well done.
Terrible left the place a complete mess. Through barriers into gardens just left everything all over the place. Some days 2 workers the next 15 the next day none. No onsite tolet so guess we're they went sorry to say it was up the side of my house because that's were the transform is, had to hose down are each night.

Your employee seems to think they can park their Heavy Goods vehicle Tar Lorry in any Private Car Park Wrights Sofaland Killinchy to have their tea breaks, without any care for the disruption this will cause to the business. Perhaps if the driver Stuart Wilson took more time taking care of where he parked his vehicle rather than writing belligerent reviews to the affected business, he may find he gets a better reception - respect is a two way street. Not acceptable behaviour from an employee of a company of Morrow's standing. Your Employee Stuart Wilson - blocks our Customer Car Park with Morrow Contracts Tarmac lorry, then leaves a 1 Star belligerent review, on 2nd June 2022, now he raises the level to Harassment by posting another 1 star review against my business on 24th September 2022. This employee is bringing Morrow Contracts into disrepute, it is not unreasonable to expect better Training and Discipline for the employees of in effect a Public Utility Company. You employees do not have right to use Morrow Company vehicles to harass other local businesses. This behaviour from Morrow Contracts Employee is harassment, I look forward to a letter of apology from Morrow Contracts.
There have been small teams from this firm opening my street seversl times in the last couple of years. Rather than thinking about disruption I remember the faces of guys who were always pleasant, keen to minimise inconvenience, and impressively committed to their work. So much so that I rang Morrow's this time to compliment them. To thank them.
Never notify residents before digging up streets and don't care that they breach protocol in this way. Block driveways, block residents access. Rude workers who are very blunt demanding to take away access to disabled residents and then sit in diggers with their feet up keeping access blocked. No respect for residents, don't care about sticking to regulations. Work lasting weeks longer than they had permission for. Don't notify council. Fail to put up signs to state nature and length of work. Refuse to do anything about complaints and say to complain to a different company. Leave holes untarmaced for weeks and dump equipment on people's front gardens walls.
We were faced with a back and forth situation with our lead pipe replacement. Contact was easy with the company and the receptionists very helpful. Peter Shaw was a star - he was courteous and efficient in carrying out the work and dealing with our constant calls. A big thank you!! Great service.
