Lovely store with great layout, lots of choice ans variety of styles. Clean and tidy and well presented and it also have a decent gift selection as well,staff on the till were friendly.

Good selection of cards. Plus games and other extra gift type items common in waterstones now. You can reserve items online and when you collect you only pay the online price, which is definitely worth doing.

Very bad customer services. Went here Saturday at around 12:00. Hardly nobody there, 3 members of staff chatting away, while I waited to pay. Asked if the cashier could wrap the book for me , she stated they do not do that. Asked if she could look up my points card in the computer she would not do that. She hardly knew anything about advising me about a book by paolo coelho. Such discriminatory behaviour. Made me feel extremely sad as a customer.

Fantastic service. Found and located the book I was looking for, and then even wrapped it for me! Really went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a book in the area.

I've visited numerous times in the past and had positive experiences from staff, especially the young friendly Irish guy. However, on this occasion today I found the Asian man with the loud, hostile attitude unhelpful and unwilling to listen to what I had to say regarding a particular author. His body language was dismissive and he walked away as I was talking to him. Not nice. Put me off buying anything. Visited World of Books instead.

Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman behind the counter who helped myself and my daughter on our mission to find a sharpie pen - now we can get autographs on our Heathers programme!! Very grateful, we'll be sure to pay it forward

New store location is good but is very limited on titles right now and the layout is a little over whelming for neurodivergent so I will only be going in when I know what book I want and don't just want to browse

Lovely bookstore in the heart of Victoria. Has a wide variety of fiction and non fiction books. Although, not many seats to browse the books. I thought this was a marketing ploy to encourage customers to buy from the traditional bookshops rather than online one's like Amazon.
